This new podcast is a series of interviews and summary shows focused on the challenging careers of consultants and the clients who hire them.
We are currently scheduling interviews and assembling content for a planned launch in October 2024.
This podcast is hosted by Nights Productions' founders, Ed Gehres and Dave Shirley, who each have over 30 years of experience in various consulting and advisory roles. For more information on the hosts, see the brief bios, below.
Interviews are conversational. We strive to get our guests to tell stories. Stories about client successes, the job of a consultant, good and bad leaders, and even leadership stories from guests who have been leaders themselves.
And, of course, no conversation about the consulting life would be complete without stories about "after hours" as well as training events, seminars, conventions and team building.

Nights Productions - Founders and Show Hosts
After putting himself through college and law school doing computer consulting, Ed served as a Captain in the US Army. After the Army, Ed spent time doing sales in the food industry, project managing for PwC, managing services for software companies, providing tech start-up leadership, and stints as an executive in the transportation and cannabis industries before settling down with his own business advisory and law practice in Las Vegas, NV. Ed is also a published author.
A graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, Dave attended business school at night while on active duty, then exited to join the consulting life with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), then Sapient, followed by a long tenure of working as a consulting and customer success leader for multiple software companies. Dave's consulting experience ranges multiple industries and hundreds of clients, including many of the world's largest brands. Dave calls the nation's capital region home.
